Yoshimura aluminum engine covers are produced using the traditional sand casting method, and the surface of the Yoshimura logo is machined to give it a glossy finish.
Each product is finished with a cast surface called pear-skin, and the minute irregularities on the surface create a nostalgic and unique texture.
The finish is a special clear coating that improves corrosion resistance.
